My name is Rusty Pierce.  I am privileged to write this letter for my fellow Realtor and Broker Herbie Phillips, who now after almost 10 years of working together I consider a close friend and brother in Christ.  My wife Luanne and I came to RE/MAX Preston Point in 2001.  We were very impressed with how Herbie and his wife Kathy handled our interview.  We had interviewed several other places before we came to RE/MAX Preston Point.  Each time we left thinking, "well I don't know, I guess that is what we should expect".  Not so with Herbie and Kathy, we left their office after the meeting and even before we go out of the parking lot Luanne and I had made our decision to hang our license with RE/MAX Preston Point.  I can tell you we have never regretted that decision.  Herbie has been a great sounding board when I needed someone to talk to because, if whoever is reading this letter has been a realtor and you already know how important that is.  I can always count on Herbie to listen and more importantly, not to over react.  He will think about what I have told him and then give me advise.  One of the things I like the most about Herbie is unless you ask him about something, he does not interfere.  If you forget to turn in your paperwork to the office he stays calm and with the same kindness that he asked for it the first time he will remind you with a smile the second time.  If you need help on something all you have to do is pick up the phone and call, doesn't matter when you call he will get to you immediately or call back shortly.  I like the fact that they have so many years of experience.  I doubt that there is anything with real estate that they haven't ran into at one time or another.  I'm just glad to know I have them in my corner.  Consistency, integrity, honesty, they have it and I appreciate it.  Expect great things working with Herbie, you won't be disappointed.
